I use a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques, with the addition of Reflexology, Energy Healing and Sports Massage as needed. Swedish Massage includes long, flowing strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the outer layers of muscle. it provides all sorts of whole-body benefits, including improved circulation, eliminating of toxins and general relaxation. Deep Tissue Massage includes slower, more focused strokes that warm and soften the superficial layers of muscle to reach the deeper ones. It is intended to address acute muscle pain and release patterns of tension in your body.
Therapeutic Massage can be helpful in more frequent sessions of half an hour when addressing some specific issues.

This Hatha Yoga class is for all levels and can be as gentle or as challenging as you would like.
